Booking Conditions

  • Airport service = 3 hours; every extra 3 hrs counts as a new charge.
  • Full day = 8 hours. Half day = 5 hours.
  • For trips over 400 km, gratuity is due for 2 drivers.
  • Cancellation after 4:00 PM on day of service = 50% charge.
  • If the vehicle stays outside its home city overnight, driver accommodation is covered by the company.
  • Newer model vehicles (current year) incur an extra 10% — by agreement.
  • All prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) — ETAA reference rates.
