By requesting a quote, sending a booking inquiry via WhatsApp or email, or using ahmosetravel.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Ahmose Travel is a licensed Egyptian tour operator arranging tours, Nile cruises, transport and travel packages in Egypt.
Bookings are confirmed once we send you written price confirmation via WhatsApp or email and receive any required deposit. Prices shown on the website in USD, EGP or SAR are indicative and are reconfirmed for your specific dates, group size and requested inclusions before booking.
Most day tours can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the tour date. Multi-day packages, Nile cruises and international/outbound bookings may carry different cancellation terms depending on third-party suppliers (hotels, cruise operators, airlines) — these will always be shared with you in writing before you confirm.
Ahmose Travel arranges services on your behalf with third-party suppliers (hotels, cruise operators, airlines, site authorities). We are not liable for delays, closures, weather conditions, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure). We take reasonable care in selecting licensed guides, drivers and partners to keep your trip safe and enjoyable.
All text, photos and design on ahmosetravel.com belong to Ahmose Travel or are used under license, and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
