The Royal Sea Scope sails from Port Ghalib marina twice a day, 10:00–11:30 and 15:00–16:30. You sit in an air-conditioned cabin four metres below the surface and watch the Red Sea reefs and their colourful fish through a panoramic window · no mask, no swimming, nobody gets wet. Marsa Alam’s coral is among the healthiest in Egypt, which is why the view is worth the trip.
